The Shopatron shopping service is designed to make it easy for you to locate and purchase the special products you need. When you order and pay online, our intelligent system starts working to ensure rapid delivery. Shopatron currently accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Switch, Solo and Laser. Not all payment types are available in all regions. Please use the methods you find available in the checkout process.

Telephone, Postal Mail, Fax, or Email Orders
Shopatron cannot accept orders by Telephone, Postal Mail, Fax, or Email at this time. If you cannot use our convenient online shopping catalog, it is probably due to an outdated browser. Please note: for viewing content and placing orders on our web site, we recommend using the most recent versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Opera, FireFox, or Safari. We do not accept credit card numbers delivered by email. Sending credit card numbers by email is not secure and should never be done.
Cash On Delivery Orders
Shopatron cannot accept COD orders at this time.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Hercules Stands only ships within the UK. Delivery charges quoted in checkout are for mainland UK.
The delivery charge within mainland UK is £3.50 per order.
Additional charges will apply to deliveries outside of mainland UK (including but not limited to the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands). For deliveries outside of mainland UK, the additional charge will be added to your order, after which you will have two business days to cancel your order before it continues to be processed. If shipping charges will be higher than originally estimated in checkout, you will be notified by email before charges are made to the credit card.
International Orders
Hercules Stands does not currently ship outside of the UK.
